Formerly President of GE’s Automation business in Europe, John has extensive global experience in running high tech engineering and IT businesses. He has worked in the UK, Germany, Sweden, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

Founder of GROWTH STAGES John has quickly built an International reputation helping clients solve their growth issues, supplying a global talent pool to solve their business issues.

Experienced in business transformation and simplification creating a leaner organizations. Furthermore, he has brought about the reallocation of resources, making significant investments in the Emerging Markets of Middle East, Africa, Russia/CIS and North & South East Europe. During his career he has managed and led product development, product management, process manufacturing and project management teams. Moreover, he developed a consulting business to support a drive into manufacturing execution systems and lean manufacturing.

Conversant with ERP, CRM, Data Mining and MES tools, John has significant experience in increasing business efficiency and customer satisfaction as well as leading business simplification projects in order to augment growth and profitability. His expertise lies in the optimization of the supply chain, sales and marketing, channel management and go-to market strategies in order to increase growth and operating profit.

John has an Engineering degree in Electronics & Electrical Principles obtained at North Staffordshire University in the United Kingdom.

Nick is a specialist in the development and execution of service strategies that increase the value of manufacturing and technology businesses. Over the past 20 years he has delivered many services centric programmes, through roles such as General Manager of After Market Sales, as well as a number of Service Director level and Global Product Manager positions within industry leading multinational businesses.

Nick graduated with a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Southampton. He started his professional life with Xerox Corporation as a development engineer where he gained his chartered engineering status and was sponsored to complete an MBA at the Cranfield School of Management.

Nick has gone on to have a diverse set of experiences, such as creating a $30million Automotive logistics, purchasing and engineering services business for Textron Fastening Systems, a $1.8bn leader in Industrial Fasteners, to transforming Husky Europe, a leader in plastic injection moulding systems into a pro-active services business.
